Many of our products are in stock and ready for dispatch from our warehouse. Items labeled "Pickup available at Manchester Warehouse" indicate they are ready to ship from the UK, while those marked "Pickup available at Canada Warehouse" are dispatched from Canada.
If an item is labeled "Out of stock," you can place a pre-order, and it will be dispatched within 3 to 4 weeks. There are no additional shipping fees for pre-orders.
We strive to provide accurate stock and delivery information, but we recommend allowing some buffer time when scheduling tradespeople, just in case there are any delays.
When will I get an invoice?
We automatically send VAT invoices on the day your order is dispatched, so there's no need to request one.

What guarantees do you offer on your products?
Most items we sell are backed by a manufacturer or brand partner guarantee ranging from 12 months to a lifetime, detailed on the product page. Each guarantee has specific terms, and you may need to register it with the manufacturer. If a fault occurs later, it's best to contact the manufacturer directly.
As a retailer, we ensure our products are of good quality and as described. If you encounter an issue, reach out to us, and we’ll help resolve it, often by coordinating with the manufacturer.
Please don’t uninstall faulty items until advised; often, issues can be fixed by replacing a component or sending an engineer. Neither we nor our brand partners will cover refitting costs if they were avoidable.
