What is your returns policy?
Returning Unwanted Items
We understand that sometimes an impulse purchase may not meet your expectations. Here’s what we offer:
- 30 days to return items for a full refund.
- 90 days to return items for a credit note (valid for 12 months).
- Convenient collection service for unwanted items available.*

If you no longer want an item, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund. After 30 days, you can receive a credit note for returns within 90 days, valid for 12 months.
Ensure the item is unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale. Please do not write or stick anything on the product box.
We offer a collection service for fragile items—details and charges are below. Note that we cannot accept returns for used, installed, or made-to-order items.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, we’re here to help!
Within 90 days of receipt, you can arrange for us to collect unwanted items when we deliver your replacement. You’ll need to pay for the new order upfront, and we’ll refund you once we receive the returned items. Note that there’s a fee for this exchange service, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can return the unwanted item separately and place a new order.
